What carriers do you use?
We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipments, and DHL for international orders.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Express and Next Day shipping options are not available for PO Box addresses.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date if your package appears lost or arrives damaged. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
