We want you to love your purchase. If something does not work out, we make returns easy.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, or other odors
How to Start a Return
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and go to "Order History". Click on the order containing the item(s) you want to return and select "Start Return".
Print Your Label
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Print the label and attach it to your package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. Keep your receipt as proof of shipment.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Here is how to exchange:
- Start a return for your original item
- Place a new order for the size/color you need
- Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed
This method ensures you get the item you want before stock runs out!

Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? We sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
