Orders & Payment
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also log into your account and view tracking information under "Order History". Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at hello@fitsflex.com if you need to make changes.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $5.95. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping: 3-7 business days. Express shipping: 1-3 business days. International shipping: 7-21 business days depending on destination. Processing time is 1-2 business days before shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Items must be in original condition to qualify for a refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I exchange an item for a different size?
To exchange an item, initiate a return through your account and place a new order for the desired size. This ensures you get the size you need before stock runs out. Your original item refund will be processed once received.
Who pays for return shipping?
For domestic returns, we provide a prepaid return label. For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Defective or incorrectly shipped items are always returned at our expense.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size chart. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.
